Something wonderful is beginning in our little corner of Montreal.

It's called The Gathering, and it starts with something wonderfully simple: bringing people together around a table to enjoy delicious food, warm conversation, laughter and friendship.

My wife Christy and I have always believed that some of life's most beautiful moments happen when people take the time to connect with one another.

A friendly greeting. A shared meal. A conversation with someone you've never met. A friendship that begins unexpectedly.

These are the little things that make life extraordinary.

And now, together with our friend Shri Ram, the owner of Express Indien, we are hoping to create a welcoming place where these little things happen every day.

Express Indien is already home to wonderful Indian cuisine, lovingly prepared and generously served.

But imagine something more.
